Outsourcing is a very fashionable activity in business and you have plenty of competent consultants to guide you in finding the rigt partner toi outsource your non core competencies, meaning back-up functions such as recruitment, IT, Pay-rolls... When it comes to outsourcing manufacturing of products, the story ends up to be really different. No consultant can effectiently help you. You must find The supplier who will fit with your organization and you are as purchaser the only one who knows what is best for your company.
The supplier market is of course huge worldwide; but looking at it while keeping in mind your criterias, there are probably not that many people who can do what you do, as good as you do it, except your competitors of course.
